Assistansbolaget
Assistansbolaget has been one of Sweden’s market leading roadside assistance insurance providers since 2015. Their customer base consists of more than 350 000 clients, who are entitled to roadside assistance across Europe, day and night, all year round. In 2021, Assistansbolaget established their own rescue operations department from the ground up, allowing full control over the entire customer journey. In 2022, Assistansbolaget had a turnover exceeding 325 million SEK. Assistansbolaget’s entire rescue operation has been climate neutral since 2020 and has the market’s highest customer satisfaction of 4,7 out of 5,0 (Reco.se)
Smashtech Software
SmashTech Software was founded to provide the industry’s most innovative roadside assistance software GAT, Global Assistance Technology. When starting the rescue operations for Assistansbolaget, a new platform was built from the ground up with the aim to digitalise the mission handling process and streamline rescue operations at all levels. With extensive knowledge of running roadside assistance, GAT is tailored to the real-life demands of customers, drivers, dispatch and administrative departments. SmashTech’s software can be applied globally and is designed to be tailored to the specific demands of several businesses and industries.
Owners
Assist24 Group is owned by the private-equity firm Stirling Square Capital Partners. Stirling’s goal is to grow Assist24 Group by geographical expansion, both organic and by acquisitions to become the natural partner within roadside assist across Europe.
